Helping to benefit California's Prop 2 the Prevention of Farm Animal Cruelty Act, Meggan along with other big supporters in the Animal Rights Movement including Paul Shapiro of the Humane Society of the United States, the best-selling Skinny Bitch authors Rory Freedman and Kim Barnouin and the Director/Writer of the highly acclaimed documentary Earthings Shawn Monson came out for the "Barnyard Soiree" Prop 2 benefit! The event helped to raise more than $10,000 towards helping Proposition 2 in California to help eleviate the suffering of millions of farm animals!
